The service
MirageLab is a creative laboratory: it generates images and video sequences from your prompts and footage, helps you print your creations at real size, and lets you edit and export films. It is an early product in active development, provided as is: features may change, pause or break while we build.
Access
Generating in the lab needs a free account: browsing the site does not. We may adjust fair-use limits from time to time to keep the lab healthy for everyone.
Credits
The lab runs on credits. Every account starts with a free credit allowance to try the lab. Beyond it, you can subscribe to a monthly plan or buy a one-off pack; the credit price of each engine is shown before you generate. Credits are a licence to use the service, not a currency: they have no cash value and cannot be transferred between accounts. Monthly plan credits do not roll over from one month to the next; credits bought in a pack stay valid for 90 days. We may adjust the credit price of an engine when our own costs move, and we will not do it silently.
Payment
MirageLab is a French business registered under SIRET 88357841100018, and we are the seller on the transaction. Card payments are processed by Stripe, so your card details go to Stripe and never reach our servers, but Stripe is our processor, not the seller: your contract is with us. VAT is not charged: TVA non applicable, article 293 B du CGI. Subscriptions renew each month until you cancel, and you can cancel at any time from your account page. Your creations
Your prompts, your footage and your intention stay yours. To the extent permitted by the underlying model licenses, you can use what you create in MirageLab for personal and commercial projects. Generative models can produce similar outputs for similar prompts; uniqueness is not guaranteed.
Acceptable use
Don't use the lab to create content that is illegal, that infringes someone's rights, that impersonates real people, or that is hateful or sexually explicit. Don't attempt to abuse, overload or reverse the service, and don't use bots or scripts against it. One account is for one person: don't share it, and don't resell your credits. We can suspend an account that breaks these rules, and where the abuse is deliberate we do not owe credits back.
Your account
You sign in with an email and a password, or with Google. Keep access to that inbox: it is how you reset a forgotten password and recover your account, and it holds the key to the credits on it. You can ask us to close your account and erase it at any time by writing to contact@miragelab.app; unused credits are not refunded when you choose to leave, see /refund.
The real world
The Mirage method involves printing creations and placing them in physical spaces. You are entirely responsible for where and how you stick, hang or paste your prints: get permission for surfaces you don't own, respect local rules, and leave places as beautiful as you found them.
Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, MirageLab is provided without warranties and we are not liable for indirect damages, lost data (remember: your work lives in your browser), or the results generated by third-party AI models.
